The Site is operated by the site operator, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada (“the operator,” “we”). These Terms are a contract between you and the operator. They cover botbuhdy.com and pages hosted on that domain.
Sister sites mentioned on the homepage (including getapage.ca, loungelobster.com, and loungelobster.ai) may have their own terms. If those sites do not publish their own terms, these Terms apply only to content and conduct on botbuhdy.com. We do not hold customer funds, we do not escrow jobs, and we are not a money-services business.
Public pages include writing, tools, experiments, video, and the BotBuhdy Daily A.I. Report. They are for information and education.
The public Site is not an investment advisory service, brokerage, trading platform, financial planning service, portfolio manager, or other regulated financial service. The operator is not registered as an adviser, dealer, portfolio manager, or financial planner with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), or any other regulator.
Finance Tools are invite-only at /ff/. There is nothing to join on the public Site. There is no public Dashboard.
Nothing on the public Site is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing is a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, crypto, token, or other instrument. News commentary, video, and social posts are not a view on whether you should buy, sell, or hold anything. They are not predictions and are not a basis for anyone’s investment decisions.
Certain tools live behind an invite link at /ff/. They are not part of the public homepage.
If you are invited in, that area has its own disclaimer. These Terms do not replace it. They also do not turn the public Site into a trading product. If that inner disclaimer is missing, do not treat /ff/ as advice either.
Trading and investing, including crypto, can mean losing some or all of your capital. Crypto markets are volatile and often lightly regulated. Automated or AI-assisted tools can produce large losses. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
The public Site does not display a live trading book, trade signals, or operator P&L for you to copy.
You agree not to rely on Site content to make an investment or trading decision. Actions you take are your own risk.
Public pages do not require an account. Invite-only tools require a private link. Completing that gate means you also accept the Finance Tools disclaimer.
The Site is not directed at children under 13. You represent that you are of legal age to use the Site in your jurisdiction. If you are not, do not use it.
Original writing, code, layout, and media created by the operator are the operator’s property.
This does not cover third-party material: trademarks, Wikimedia / Creative Commons images, government documents, embedded YouTube videos, or other items credited on the page. Those remain with their owners and are used only as described on the page (identification, commentary, news reporting, criticism, or the stated licence).
You may not copy the operator’s original work for commercial use without written permission.
If a tool lets you save notes, watchlists, or similar, you keep that content. You give the operator a limited licence to store and display it so the tool can work.
Access may involve technical and account data described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.html. Please read it. Non-essential cookies and analytics are described there. Google Analytics, the Site’s only optional analytics, stays off until you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and you can choose Decline instead.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the public Site.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that Ontario law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence, or rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) that cannot be waived.
Nothing here makes the public Site responsible for trading losses you take after reading commentary.
“Tea with Esh” uses a fictional character (Eshkari) as an editorial device. It is not the view of any government, military, or intelligence body. Source material cited is public (AARO, DVIDS, testimony, FOIA). Commentary is the operator’s opinion, not official analysis.
Invite-only tools may show data from third parties (including MarketData.app and Yahoo Finance / yfinance). Data is as-is and may be late, incomplete, or wrong. The public Site is not a market-data terminal.
BotBuhdy produces video, audio, and writing (including the Daily A.I. Report and Special Reports on YouTube and elsewhere) with AI tools for research, drafting, voice, and imagery.
That media is for information and entertainment. It is news commentary. It is not financial opinion or professional advice.
AI output can be wrong, stale, or misread. Verify anything before you rely on it.
Imagery and voice may be synthetic. They do not depict real events, private persons, or real places unless the page says so. Public figures may appear in a news-commentary context.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Mention is not affiliation or endorsement unless we say so.
The page at /R5/ and related posts are unofficial fan and commentary content. Photos and video were taken from public areas.

Faces and licence plates of people who are not part of the production are blurred on a best-efforts basis. Some may be missed. Full-quality originals offered for download may show more detail than the web versions. We do not sell identifiable bystander footage.
Takedown: if you appear in a photo or video, own a vehicle or property shown, or hold rights in material on the page and want it blurred, corrected, or removed, contact us using Section 19. Include the photo or clip number (for example #photo-110). We review promptly and blur or remove where appropriate.
The page at /R5/jobs/ (“The Jobs Behind a Reacher Season”) and its downloads are independent, unofficial fan research. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Skydance, or the Reacher production, and nothing on the page comes from the production.
Estimates, not production facts: the list of 275 roles, headcounts, pay rates, season costs, budget categories, and tax-credit figures are estimates or published union minimums built from public sources. The season costs are a hypothetical scale scenario, not the real budget of any show. Figures may be incomplete, wrong, or out of date, and rates and rules change. Real pay is often higher than a union minimum. Check the original source before relying on any figure.
AI and robotics outlook: the exposure bands are estimates derived from published research and official occupation data, as explained in the page’s method notes. They describe how much of a whole occupation’s tasks overlap with what AI or robots can do, across all industries. Exposure is not replacement: a band is not a prediction that any job will disappear, and it says nothing about any individual person.
Not advice: career, education, union, licence, training, wage, and job-outlook information is general information summarized from public sources. It is not career, financial, legal, tax, or employment advice. Check with the union, guild, school, employer, or government body directly.

If you buy a page or other paid work, the order confirmation is the contract for that purchase (price, what is delivered, domain ownership, hosting, refunds). These Site Terms do not replace that order. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you keep any non-waivable consumer forum rights.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. For public, unpaid use of the Site, continued use after the date is treated as acceptance. If you have a paid order or an authenticated Finance Tools session, we will try to give notice through the contact path we have for you. Material changes should be read before you keep using paid or authenticated features.
